Through UTA’s Employee Assistance Program, or EAP, employees and covered dependents can access confidential support, resources and information for personal and work-life issues. These services are provided at no cost.

Professional help through the EAP is also available for many other issues that may affect your or a covered dependent’s quality of life. ComPsych’s services are available in a number of languages, enhancing the ability to share confidential information completely and comfortably.

 

All benefits eligible employees and their dependents; benefits eligible student employees and their dependents; and retirees and their dependents living in their household are eligible. (Dependents are usually spouse, children and grandchildren). Employees are also eligible to use EAP services for six months after they have left UTA.

 

EAP services are part of your University benefits. If additional services are necessary, EAP professionals will make every effort to help you locate services that are convenient, appropriate, and affordable. We can also discuss your options regarding mental health coverage and providers.
