TCE facilitates the professional development and career success of our faculty and staff. We have invested in an array of programs and resources designed to help the UTA community excel in their positions and grow as higher education professionals.
UTA has partnered with Academic Impressions, an organization specializing in professional development resources for higher education faculty, staff and administrators. All UTA employees have an account, available through the MyApps (Single Sign-On Portal), where most Academic Impressions options are free! Topic areas include skills-based training for professionals in all areas, as well as leadership trainings on supervision, personal effectiveness, diversity, equity, inclusion and more.
LinkedIn Learning is a powerful online service offering 16,000+ video courses free of charge to all faculty, staff, and students at the University of Texas at Arlington. Staff can engage with quality content to develop business skills such as leadership, management, public speaking, professional development, Microsoft Office, social media, and countless software programs.
