This 6-month program helps individual contributors enhance their skills and perspectives to prepare for a supervisory role, awarding two years of supervisory experience credit. Graduates can use this credit to meet qualifications for eligible entry-level internal positions. Eligible participants are those with at least one year at UTA, demonstrated leadership potential, and a "Meets Expectations" or higher performance appraisal.
