The Principles of Community, UT Arlington’s core values, help guide us as we develop our leadership skills.  The principles act as a compass to guide us to be the leader that we aspire to be and to set standards that others will follow.

The Pursuit of Leadership is a new foundational course that uses the Principles of Community as the lens to demonstrate leadership behaviors that are essential to our culture at UT Arlington. This course is a prerequisite to participate in one of the HR Leadership and Management programs. Pursuit of Leadership is conveniently offered face-to-face as well as virtual instructor led.
