What is the billing address for my Procard?

It is asking for my SSN to activate the card, but is not taking mine.

The card can be activated with your Month and Day of birth that you provided when you applied for the card.

What is the billing cycle?

The billing cycle is from the 4th thru 3rd of each month.

What do I do if my ProCard is lost, stolen or compromised?

  1. Contact the University Police Department at 817-272-3381 and file a police report.
  2. Contact Citibank at 1-800-248-4553 in order to cancel your card and have a new one issued.
  3. Contact Payment Card Services: (please include the police report number)

Your new card will be delivered to the Finance and Administration Annex. You will be notified when it is available for pick up, usually within 5-7 business days.
