How to Apply
Only University of Texas at Arlington employees are eligible to apply. Complete and submit a Purchasing Card Application via Sharepoint. Approved applications will then be routed to the Office of Disbursements. The Office of Disbursements will forward the information to Citibank for processing.

Once Citibank sends the ProCard to the Office of Disbursements, the cardholder will be sent a cardholder agreement via Adobe sign. The cardholder agreement must be electronically signed and complete a cardholder orientation via Teams before scheduling a pick-up time for the card.
