US Bank Card
In accordance with the recent State of Texas contract, the Office of Disbursements will distribute new US Bank cards at the Watson Building: 219 W. Main St., Arlington, TX 76010.
The cards are available for pick up during the following times:

| February 4 | 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM |
| February 11 | 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM |
US Bank cards not picked up by the close of business on February 11 will be closed. Cardholders requiring a new Procard or Travel card must reapply as a new cardholder using the following applications:
