US Bank Card
In accordance with the recent State of Texas contract, the Office of Disbursements will begin distributing new US Bank cards at the following locations:
- Watson Building: 219 W Main St, Arlington, TX 76010
- Student Accounts: First Floor of the University Administration Building
Individuals can pick up US Bank cards according to this schedule:

Cardholders who do not work at the UTA Main Campus or are further than 50 miles from campus can complete the remote mailing form to receive their new card via United States Postal Service (USPS). Please allow 7-10 business days for delivery.
