Training Modules Now Available in Mentis
Research Administration’s online training modules have been successfully transitioned from the “Profiles” system to Mentis. Access the Mentis training platform here and click “Available Training” and “Completed Training” to view your in-progress or completed training. Please be sure to update your lab SOPs, syllabus, etc. If you have any questions, please contact regulatoryservices@uta.edu. The following modules are now available:
- Human Subjects Protection Training (HSP) (Note: CITI training for GCP/clinical trials will not be impacted)
- IACUC General Training
- IACUC Field Research Training
- IACUC Surgery Training
- Conflicts of Interest in Research: Disclosure, Management, and Reporting Training
- Export Control Training
- Recombinant DNA and Transgenic Animals IBC Training
- Responsible Conduct in Research (RCR) Training
Spring 2025 IRB Mini-Conference
If you conduct human subject research or would like to learn more about the IRB process, please join us for the IRB Mini-Conference in virtual format on Friday, March 28, 2025 from 9:00am to 12:00pm. Topics will include human subject research, informed consent and recruitment, preparing an IRB submission, IRB review, and protecting human subjects' electronic data. Faculty, staff, and students are welcome!!
