New Maverick Orientation relies on the support of departments across the University to share important information with UTA’s newest Mavericks. This page is provided to ensure that our campus partners are well-informed about orientation dates, schedules, and other resources.

Please contact orientation staff as early as possible if circumstances will not allow you to provide your session or service during our program.

NOTE: On orientation days, communication to our staff’s cell phones is preferred over email.

To help you and your staff prepare for the summer’s virtual orientation sessions, we have created a SharePoint folder for campus partners.

This folder contains pdfs of the agendas for each type of orientation session we plan to offer this summer. These will come in helpful for those of you who need to schedule staff to deliver presentations throughout the summer.

For departments who have traditionally staffed tables at the Resource Fair or Involvement Fair, we are working on a plan to conduct a combined fair once per week on Friday afternoons starting June 12.
