eLearning Portfolio Marketing
The eLearning Portfolio Marketing project, part of the eLearning TM program, will benefit the university by achieving a documented increase in program interest, prospective student inquires and admission applications to online academic programs. UTA continues to innovate and expand its footprint in the digital and online space by procuring the services of a marketing firm to conduct audience (prospective student) research and prepare audience profiles for approximately twenty online academic programs (excluding Online Program Management and continuing education programs). The University is also expanding brand development for this portfolio of online academic programs and executing a strategic advertising and marketing campaign for this portfolio of online academic programs.
PROSPECTIVE STUDENT RESEARCH
Provide research on prospective students within a determined best target market for individual online academic programs in this portfolio to meet enrollment and financial goals.Provide recommendations for marketing and advertising individual online academic programs in this portfolio, including effective messaging, message placements, timing and frequency of messaging as well as target analytics based on benchmarking.
MARKETING STRATEGY
Employ market research and leverage the UT Arlington brand to develop a sub-brand/brand extension that distinguishes this portfolio of online academic programs.Develop consistent, associated creative materials for use in advertising and marketing efforts at the portfolio and individual program levels.
CAMPAIGN EXECUTION
Create a strategic marketing and advertising campaign plan to raise awareness of, interest in, application to, and enrollment in this portfolio of online academic programs. Execute an agreed-upon strategic marketing and advertising campaign, including media buys and make recommendations on strategy and execution adjustments at the portfolio and individual program levels.SELECTED ACADEMIC PROGRAMS
